Sender: How do I send a product?
Select the product from the right hand side blog, and click the "gift me" button next to the product name.
The product name and product price will appear on the gift order form.
Sender: How do I send Cash as a gift?.
Simply press the radio button that says gift money.
Sender:What is nick name? Why it is required.
Nick name is the short name of the receiver by which you know the receiver. This is needed to make sure
the gift is not claimed by a wrong person, in case you typed the mobile number wrong.
Sender:What is a gift code?
Gift code is another small(3 digits) security code, that only the receiver of the text message will know.
The receiver will see this towards the end of the text message after "GC:"
Receiver: I got a text message from Texttogfit.com? What do I do now?.
Click on receiver, or the image on the top right side of www.texttogift.com.
Enter the Sender name. (Your text message will start with the name of the sender)
Enter your mobile number.
Enter your Nick Name, the name by which the sender knows you.
Enter the gift code (Is the 3 digit code towards the end of the message, after "GC".
You will see your gift on the right hand side
Receiver: I get No gifts found. What do I do now?.
Please make sure you have entered the correct information.
If you think the nick name could be an issue, talk to the sender and find out.
Receiver: All the information I entered is correct but it still says no gifts found? What do I do now?
Please contact a website consultant, or use the contat us form.
Receiver: I got a cash gift, What I do now.
Your cash will be deposited to the cardlesspay account. You can go there to check your balance.
If this is the first time you are receiving the gift, your balance would be same as what you wil see
in the gift Certificate.
Receiver: I got a product as a gift, what I do now?
You will see two options. Ship it to me and give me cash.
If you like the gift and want it send to your home, choose this.
If you had some thing else on your mind, check the store to see if it is available.
Receiver: I don't find the product I like on the store. What I do now?.
You can post the information about the product you like. We will try to get that for you.

You will be asked to provide your mobile number.
A payment authorization message will be sent to you.
Receiver: How will I authorize the payment from my mobile phone?
Reply to the sMS with your payment authorization code.
Receiver: How do I find my Payment authorization code?
If you have established a cardlesspay account,
your payment authorization code is the first 4 digits for your online password.
If this is the first time you are using cardlesspay, your authorization code will be sent
in the E-mail you provided during the check out.
Receiver: I choose ship it to me option, how do I check that status.
Login to the store to check the status. This will be similar to your regular online shopping experience.
